SUMMARY

In the implementation of NFT, we use paintings and art objects that are created by artists, musicians and artists from Africa.

BACKGROUND

This proposal provides an opportunity on the one hand to attract investors and those who are passionate about NFT.

On the other hand, the implementation of this project makes it possible to directly develop and support promising figures of culture and art who do not have the opportunity to show their work to a large audience. This proposal, in my opinion, is really close to the main mission of HMQ.

MISSION & VALUES ALIGNMENT

This project brings together people for whom art is important and who want to be directly involved in the development of African talent.

This project also brings together all active and talented people from different fields of art who cannot make themselves known to the whole world, or take part in the exhibition, or purchase the necessary tools due to limited resources and / or lack of such opportunities at all.

This project is designed to develop and support the cultural environment: painting, architecture, sculpture, music and any other aspect of art.

SCOPE OF WORK SPECIFICATION

What goals can we achieve if we implement this project:

  1. Attracting investments from external users, as they will be able to purchase any NFT (any subject described above)
  2. Targeted funding of talent in Africa for the development of ART.

At the first stage, this will be the easiest option and NFT format that can be purchased.

At the second stage, we will develop the direction and include active development programs (for example):

  • Video clips of those who directly do something with their own hands as part of art in Africa. This is part of marketing for development. In the videos we will be able to show how a person works, what his workshop looks like, what inspires him and what he puts into his work.
  • Organization of exhibitions. In online and offline formats. With certain rules and conditions for participation and selection of works.
  • Acquisition for a particular person who participates in the materials program. These can be paints, canvases, brushes, etc. Perhaps even just getting to know some idols online.

Thus, this is an independent project that involves several parties at once. Investors, and they do not just acquire NFTs, but at the same time give real benefit to a person of art in Africa and help develop.

And creative and talented people in Africa, who get the opportunity to realize themselves and talk about their work to a large audience.

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS

To implement the project, we need (at the start):

  • Approximately 160 hours of project manager work
  • Hiring a scout/s in Africa to search for talent
  • Payment for the work of scouts
  • Definitely, we will need a development team, but there is no exact data or assumption about the number of hours yet.

The funds that we will receive from the implementation:

  • Partially or fully cover the costs of the project
  • Funding talent in Africa whose work are being purchased
  • Reporting in the form of photo/video
